While it's nice to have all our destinations on the computer complete with links we wanted to have it mounted on the wall to remind us of why we're working so hard to save money right now. We started packing up our hung picture frames. The photos were all put away and the frames were stored for our future garage sale when we get rid of all our worldly possessions, except one nice boat. We purchased a 48x78" laminated map of the world so we can mark on it with dry erase markers. Detailed planning has not been completed yet as some dates are 10 years away, but we now have a general route and places of interest. Of course weather will have a strong vote on what timelines we keep. And, theSchengen Agreement makes long term visiting Europe kind of a pain, but I'm sure we'll survive.
If you're wanting to meet us and go sailing while we're out and about call dibs soon. I'm sure the Bahamas will fill up quickly and I know I have one seat taken for the Antarctica and NW Passage trips.
